Nika Island is a piece of Maldivian history, one of the first islands in Ari Atoll to become a unique destination in the world. Nika represented the “embryo” of the dialogue – first of all a cultural dialogue – between Italy and the Maldives.

Water Villa

Water Villas are located within the lagoon on the north side of the island, overlooking one of the best preserved barrier reefs in the Indian Ocean. Water Villas are on 3 levels, the first is on the water, for diving straight in; the second is a wooden terrace where you can relax on comfortable deck chairs; the third is on the roof, with a solarium from which to admire the ocean and enjoy the pleasant sea breeze.

Deluxe Beach Villas

Deluxe Beach Villas are located among the lush vegetation of the south side of the island, where the barrier reef is closer and easily reached by swimming from your own private beach. All Deluxe Beach Villas overlook the ocean and are built with natural materials, according to Maldives’ architectural heritage principles.

Garden Room

Garden Rooms are nestled in lush vegetation; the rooms are located along the main walkway on the island. They do not have a private beach, but guests have access to two public beaches with sun beds, showers and umbrellas, located near the two main bars.
